This 3 week outdoor group classes are fun and affordable way to get your butt kicked 2-3 mornings a week. Every workout is different and just as challenging using the bosu, swiss balls, tubing, agility ladders, kettle bells and more to strengthen your core, improve cardio, sculpt your legs & arms plus improve your balance and agility. It’s a workout for everyone at any level that will guarantee results!
Location: Granville Loop Park (5th & Granville by the tennis courts)

Running Class: This 4 week class will take you on an adventure using nature as your gym. This will take place in different locations each time, it will challenge your cardio, agility and strength in beautiful settings that will be sure to bring out the kid in you.
Running class: $60/4 classes
