What to expect from private training with us and what we expect from you:

We use a comprehensive approach to personal training. In your initial consultation, we’ll discuss what your personal fitness goals are and set a plan that works best for you. In your first session, we’ll have you fill out a pre-screening medical questionnaire called the Par-Q, followed by an initial assessment which includes a weigh-in, body composition, postural analysis and basic nutritional assessment. The next step is program design. It will take 2 sessions to complete an exercise program designed specifically for you. To help you achieve your fitness goals faster, we’ll design a new program every 6-8 weeks. In the personal training sessions with us, we’ll change it up every time. Every session is different, challenging your balance, your strength and core while keeping it fun and interesting.

If you’ve been in a car accident and suffer from lower back and or neck pain, we can help you get back to your pre-accident state.
